The 91st session of the Assembly of the Association of Insurance Companies in the Federation of BiH was held in Sarajevo, on December 20. 2018., in the presence of representatives of 14 companies from 18 members of the Association, and Insurance Supervision Agency representative. The present representatives of the Association members unanimously adopted the Program of the Association for 2019. and the Financial plan of UDO F BiH for 2019. Afterwards, information on the initiative for the purchase of a common business space for the accommodation of insurance institutions was considered and conclusion was supported that the Secretary General of UDO F BiH continue to implement the initiated activities in the direction of collecting all relevant information regarding the space that is the subject of the purchase in order that organs of the Association, in the following period, could make concrete decisions. In the continuation of the session, the initiative of the President of the Assembly, Mr. Brinio Jarcevic for holding the 92nd session of the Assembly of the UDO FBiH Assembly in Brcko was adopted. Mr. Jarcevic and the Secretary General of the Association should coordinate activities related to the technical preparation of the session and its agenda. By the end of the session, information on participation in the conferences “Croatian Insurance Days 2018” and “Serbian Insurance Days 2018” was adopted and, also, information on the financial status of the Association. Upon completion of the consideration of the issues envisaged in the agenda, the Secretary General of the Association, Ermin Čengić, addressed the members of the Assembly. He said that he wants to thank everyone for their cooperation during this year, both to the members of the Board of directors, and to the present members of the Assembly. He said that he hopes that the Association in 2018 managed to realize activities that are in the interest of insurance companies. He wished everybody a happy and successful new year 2019, and the upcoming holidays with many health and happiness.
