In accordance with the Statute of the Association, the Board of directors of the Association consists of seven members. The first five members of the Board of directors are representatives of companies with the highest insurance premium realized in the year preceding the election year, while for the two members the election is made by voting at the Assembly.

The Assembly of the Association held its 109th session on April 26, 2024. and appointed members of the Management Board as representatives of insurance companies for the mandate period 2024-2028::
